Mount Carmel will now go on to represent Accrington Stanley in the regional round in the New Year and if they are successful they will battle it out in the national round.

Elle Kayley, Female Football Development Officer commented, ‘It’s brilliant to see local girls take part in competitive competitions. All the girls that took part showed great skills and passion in their matches. We hope that by having the final at half time on a match day it encourages other girls to consider taking up girl’s football’.
