Accrington Stanley Community Trust are on the run with the Accrington 10k

Cannonball Events, the company behind the OMC Ron Hill Accrington 10K, Fun Run & Wheelchair Race are delighted to announce that Accrington Stanley Community Trust will be an Official Race Partner of the event that takes place on Sunday morning March 1st 2020.

Lee Walsh, Head of Sport at Accrington Stanley Community Trust said “We are delighted to be involved with this event in our local community, it’s brilliant that Accrington has its own 10K race and we are proud to be an Official Partner part of it. If you are thinking of taking part in it, we very much encourage you to do so. Look out for us on the day, not only running but also getting involved in and around the Athlete Village area.

In 2019 the race welcomed over 1,000 runners and spectators to Accrington Town Hall and projections for this Marchs’ race is to exceed that number, as well as offering more activity around the race route.
