Monday 6v6 League
The Monday League takes place at Accrington Academy School and currently consists of 2 divisions.
Premier League Division
The Premier League is the top tier of our open age league format and is open to anybody over the age of 16. This division contains 8 teams who will compete for the league title and the accolade of Champions of Monday Night Football. The games will be played on a Monday night with kick off times around 8pm. The top team in the Championship will be promoted to the Premier League and the bottom team from the Premier League will be relegated to the Championship Division each 14 week season.
Championship Division
The Championship Division is the second tier of our open age league format and is open to anybody over the age of 16. This division contains 8 teams with promotion to the Premier League all to play for. The games will be played on a Monday night with kick off times around 8:50pm. The top team in the Championship will be promoted to the Premier League atthe end of each 14 week season.
If your team doesn’t turn up to a fixture you will be fined your match fee of £30 and face possible expulsion from the league. Please note there are no cancellations on the day of a game so please utilise guest players.
