Fields in Trust has given Accrington Stanley Community Trust their approval for the Higham Playing Fields Sports Hub development.
Fields in Trust received the application for consent in March 2018 and it has now been fully assessed by the Land and Planning Committee who have decided to approve the project subject to contracts being signed.
This now gives Accrington Stanley Community Trust (ASCT) the green light to develop the site following the planning approval in December 2017.
Martin Fearon, CEO at ASCT said ‘’we are delighted to receive Fields in Trust’s approval for the Sports Hub facility development at Higham Playing Fields.
