Accrington Stanley Community Trust is committed to providing a professional, high-quality service to all of our participants, partners and customers. We welcome feedback, both positive and negative, as it helps us continually improve the services we deliver.
If you have a suggestion about how we can improve our work, we would be pleased to hear from you. If you wish to make a complaint about any aspect of the service provided by Accrington Stanley Community Trust, please follow the process outlined below.
Making a Complaint
All complaints should be submitted in writing and addressed to the Facility & Administration Manager.

What Happens Next
Accrington Stanley Community Trust will aim to acknowledge and respond to your complaint within 7 working days of receipt.
If we are unable to provide a full response within this timeframe, we will send an acknowledgement and aim to provide a full written response within 14 working days of the original communication.
Escalating a Complaint
If you are not satisfied with the response received, you may escalate the complaint to the Chief Executive Officer, who will review the matter and respond accordingly.

Independent Advice
If you remain dissatisfied after contacting both the Marketing and Communications Administrator and the Chief Executive Officer, you may wish to contact the Charity Commission, which can review complaints about charities independently.
