Do something different this half term with NCS!

National Citizen Service (NCS) is an exciting programme that encourages young people aged 16-17 to get outdoors and experience new adventures, meet new people while gaining new skills that can be added to your CV.

We will be taking a group of young people on our autumn programme to Kingswood Activity Centre in Dearne Valley Yorkshire. Leaving on the 21st October our NCS young people will be venturing into a week’s residential which will see them creating a raft, rock climbing, team challenges, high ropes to name but a few activities. On their return they will take part in a social action of their choosing that helps the local community.

After all this you will come out of the project with a qualification that is approved by UCAS and can help on achieving your goal of moving onto University or College. As well as gaining skills that are recognised by employers which will aid you in any job application you put forward.

This is a fantastic opportunity for all young people but only a select few get this opportunity each year as spaces are limited and filling up fast, if this is something you are interested in doing then please visit the website below to book your place for this once in a lifetime opportunity.
