Accrington Stanley Community Trust is seeking an ambitious, passionate, and experienced individual to join our senior leadership team as Head of Education & Employability.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead one of our most impactful departments and shape the delivery of high-quality educational and employability programmes that support people in reaching their full potential.
As Head of Education & Employability, you will be responsible for the strategic development, management, and growth of our education and employment provision. This includes overseeing our successful post-16 education programmes, adult learning courses, and employability support initiatives. You’ll work closely with local stakeholders, schools, funders, and community partners to ensure our programmes continue to meet the needs of the people we serve.
We are looking for a proactive leader with strong organisational skills, experience in the education or employability sector, and a commitment to creating positive change in the community. You’ll lead a dedicated team, contribute to the charity’s strategic direction, and have the chance to make a meaningful impact within a forward-thinking and supportive environment.
This role is ideal for someone who:
