Sport and physical activity are powerful ways to connect with young people, and I’m passionate about the role they can play. We trust the coaches at Accrington Stanley Community Trust, who do fantastic work in the community, to build on their relationships to gather valuable feedback on what young people and their families would like to see from this investment, helping Accrington thrive for this generation and those to come.”
Martin Fearon, CEO of Accrington Stanley Community Trust, added:
“We’re delighted to be working alongside Pride In Place to deliver this programme. The sessions will provide free football opportunities for young people across the borough while also giving them a platform to have their say on the future of their communities.
