Accrington Stanley Community Trust are looking for a Lead Football Coach and Recruitment Officer to join our vibrant and forward thinking organisation. The Community Trust is an independent registered charity that is looking to add another member of staff to the very successful and expanding Education department.

We are looking for a member of staff whose main responsibility will be to lead on the recruitment and delivery of our Football College programme to 16-19 year olds. The programme is a full time course and students train 4 times per week, with 3 squads taking part in weekly fixtures in the National Youth Football League and the EFL CEFA League. We value the development of our players, and in recent seasons we have won the league twice and have seen some of our student’s progress into Accrington Stanley’s Academy, play at semi-professional level and also go into paid coaching work.

Accrington Stanley Community Trust are passionate about a holistic approach to our delivery, aiming to develop learners academically, and as people, whilst promoting participation and progression of their footballing capabilities, and are seeking an individual who shares the same values.

The post holder will be based at our multi million pound Stanley Sports Hub, which is home to our Community Trust office and state of the art sports facilities including a full size 3G pitch, gym, indoor sports hall and FIFA rated grass pitches. This fantastic facility ensures staff and students are based in an environment which allows them to develop professionally and personally.
